BATTING PRACTICE.
Every hitter is different. The Stretch & Fire system gives us a foundation while allowing me to coach what each individual athlete needs. We build the movement first, develop the swing, and then challenge it in competitive, game-like training.
SIMPLE. REPEATABLE.
BUILT TO TRANSFER.
A simple framework built around three phases: Load. Stretch. Fire.
Create an athletic move into the rear leg while building direction and space.
Create separation while staying connected, balanced, and adjustable.
Turn the barrel from behind with speed, direction, and intent.
COACHED FOR
WHAT YOU NEED.
Small groups do not mean generic instruction. With a maximum of three athletes in a session, each hitter gets individual coaching, quality reps, and the benefit of training around other competitive players.
As the athlete improves, the training progresses. Movement work becomes swing development. Swing development becomes decision-making, competition, and game-like reps.

TRAINING THAT
SHOWS UP IN GAMES.
The cage is where we build it. The game is where it has to work. Every phase of training is designed with that transfer in mind.
